Course description

This course is to enhance managers skills around raising the performance of staff who report to them. Managers are asked to come to the event having agreed their learning objectives with their line manager.

Please note:

Parking around St. Mary's House is scarce due to limited parking.

Corporate Training offer a selection of teas/coffees, hot chocolate and biscuits. There is no canteen in the building, but a sandwich lady calls at 10:45 am each day, when delegates can purchase lunch.
