ESCC has purchased access codes, to give staff who undertake food preparation the option to gain a Level 2 Health and Safety qualification through online learning to ensure you are working safely.
This online course is run by a company called Virtual College and is accredited by City and Guilds.
This is a quick and simple way of ensuring you are compliant with the Food Hygiene in Catering qualification
This online course consists of reading and watching some course materials followed by a test.
You have 30 days to complete this course once registered, although you can log in as many times as you like during this time, as your progress is saved as you work thought the course material.
