This live interactive virtual classroom, delivered through Microsoft Teams, aims to increase participant’s understanding, skills and knowledge when working with parental substance and alcohol use. This course will benefit staff from Children's Services (Social Care and Education), Health, Community Mental Health Team & Youth Offending Team, who are working with children & families or with adults who have children & may be involved in making and/or receiving referrals regarding child care and child protection issues.
Important note: It is essential that you have undertaken the Safeguarding Children and Young People eLearning and the Alcohol and Drugs foundation (Modules 1 & 2) eLearning prior to coming on this course (see additional information under full details), or you may be turned away.
