This course will cover


• Review definitions of coaching and re-examine the key principles
• Self-review of coaching experience and use to date
• Refresher on coaching models, skills and techniques
• Delivering powerful coaching questions
• Coaching practice activities – skills development
• Coaching for key management areas
• Coaching in Teams


This course will be remotely delivered via MS Teams, over 2 x half Day sessions. 

Training objectives
Learning outcomes

  • To review definitions of coaching and other similar management approaches to leading
    individuals and teams

  •  To consider where and how coaching is currently used and could be increased in
    management practice

  • To refresh coaching skills and understand coaching models and techniques to use in
    individual, groups/team coaching situations

  • To gain confidence, through practice, to use coaching skills and thinking in appropriate
    work situations

This training will be remotely delivered via MS Teams.
