Course description

LAS Safeguarding Adults  is a half day of training for LAS users to familiarise themselves with the Liquid Logic Safeguarding recording. This course is designed to show you how to navigate and record a Safeguarding episode in LAS.

This course is for anyone who needs to record Safeguarding in LAS. You should have already attended LAS Search & View training.

Training objectives
Learning outcomes

At the end of this course you will be able to:

  • Understand and complete the Safeguarding process in LAS

  • Add a Contact

  • Add a Concern

  • Progress to an Episode

  • Add an Information Gathering form

  • Understand how minutes are created and stored

  • Close down an Episode

  • Have an understanding of Organisational Safeguarding recording

Access & Directions

St. Mary's House is a short (5 min) walk from the train station. Parking is available on the streets nearby, please ensure you check for any parking restrictions.


Only hot and cold water will be available, please bring your own supplies and utensils.

Vending machines with drinks and snacks available to purchase are in St. Mary's House on the first floor.
