Code: ASC/21/1131 Wellbeing Workshop for NST Staff

In response to Covid 19 and the extra stress and strain this has put on services, we are offering 6 workshops specifically for NST staff. The workshops will explore the impact of the past 18 months and give you the opportunity for some space to think and reflect.  You only need to attend ONE of these workshops.

We will explore how hard it is to remain positive during this prolonged period of uncertainty, and consider how neuroscience can help.

It will also be a time to share with colleagues and learn from each other about tips and tricks for sustaining your wellbeing.

Finally, there will be a chance to consider your own wellbeing and self care, and explore a range of resources available.
