This popular workshop is delivered by CAMHS / East Sussex Safeguarding Children Partnership (ESSCP) professionals. It explores the impact of adult mental health on children and young people and is for staff that directly support families where adult mental health issues or illnesses might be present.
This workshop is relevant for all East Sussex children's services practitioners working with children, young people and families assessed as level 3 or 4 on the Continuum of Need and specifically Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs) and SENCOs from schools and early years providers.
Important note: Participants will need to have undertaken the Mental Health Foundation eLearning (Modules 1 and 2) prior to attending this course (see additional information under full details) or you may be turned away.Essential Information
A half day Moving & Handling training session for Informal Carers.
The course is aimed at informal carers who provide significant moving and handling for a disabled adult and require manual handling training. Please note this course is not for paid carers either in a residential or domiciliary role. Moving and handling courses for paid carers and PAs can be found on the East Sussex Learning Portal.

SharePoint is a half day of training for East Sussex County Council users to familiarise themselves with the SharePoint platform.
This course is for anyone joining an ESCC team that uses Sharepoint libraries to store team information and who has not used Sharepoint before. The course will also cover managing your own Onedrive site used for storing personal documentation.
