Completion of this course will qualify you to become a member of the workplace coaching pool and we will be able to refer potential "coachees" from across the organisation to you.
Typically it can take between six months and one year to complete the course.
By attending our 2-day Coaching for Managers programme, managers will have covered some of the knowledge element of the Level 3 coaching programme and a considerable amount of the skills element.
Therefore all managers who have completed the 2-day programme or the 1 day Coaching Skills are invited to fast track through the ILM Level 3 Award in Coaching.
