come across with the impact you need to staff, colleagues and customers and important contacts. It will help you to think differently about your own
behaviour and identify ways to build strong relationships with others.

You will need to be prepared to analyse your own impact as well as understand the feedback from others, raising yourself-awareness about how you come across, and what you need to know about other people in order to have the positive impact you want on them.
