This course is designed to give you guidelines and essential skills to help you writing clear and effective agendas and minutes for meetings.
More than that, this workshop will explore the ways in which you can become a more effective meetings administrator, and support your Chair more productively.
As with all Yellow Day courses, all the learning is intensely practical.
Who is this workshop for?
This course is suitable for all staff who are involved in, or preparing for, change within the Council
Even though we encounter change constantly it can still be a challenging and disruptive experience. In this workshop we will look at the human side of change i.e. the neuroscience and psychology underpinning how we perceive and react to change in the external environment. By better understanding key brain processes, strengths and limitations we can improve our experience of change and know how to make it more positive and successful – for both ourselves and for others.
SharePoint is a half day of training for East Sussex County Council users to familiarise themselves with the SharePoint platform.
This course is for anyone joining an ESCC team that uses Sharepoint libraries to store team information and who has not used Sharepoint before. The course will also cover managing your own Onedrive site used for storing personal documentation.
This course is designed to give Adult Social Care staff an overview of the key duties of the Care Act 2014 and an understanding of how this is applied in East Sussex.
The course is designed for Contact and Assessment Teams, Occupational Therapy Teams, Neighbourhood Support Teams, Mental Health and Learning Disability Teams, Transition Teams, Hospital Teams, Sensory Teams, Reviewing Teams.
