LAS Search and View is a half day of training for East Sussex County Council users to familiarise themselves with the Adults Liquid Logic platform. This course is designed to show you how to navigate Liquid Logic, find clients and view case data and includes viewing scanned images held within ECaseFile
This course is for anyone joining an ESCC team that uses LAS whether to view client data or input data into the system
As a new staff member your manager must request that a Liquid Logic account is created for you before attending this course. When the account is created you will receive an e-mail invitation to book onto this course. Existing users are welcome to book if they wish to refresh their skills.
You must complete this training in order to be able to access the LIVE system. The trainer will activate your account on attendance.
This reflection session will support staff to complete their Mental Capacity Act Competencies. After you have received the email confirming your place you will be sent and email which will have a video and workbook attached to it. This is for the applicant only and should not be passed to other members of staff.
After viewing the reflection session video, you will be required to complete the workbook, the final page is to be completed with your line manager. Once this has been done please ensure your line manager signs it off and sends an email to Vicky Bliss to advise that the training/competencies have been completed.
You will receive an email with the link to the evaluation – please ensure you complete this as it will generate your certificate and support the review and evaluation of the session

This session is open to any member of staff who has supervisory responsibility, or member of staff who is interested in developing their remote team management skills.
As some staff start to return to the office and others continue to work from home we are all going through another phase of adjustment.
If you have supervisory responsibilities you will face additional challenges in bringing the team together to work productively with each other.
