Important: This training is part of the COVID19 interim training programme and is suitable for new and existing staff.
It is recommended that new staff attend face to face training when available.
A 2.5 hour workshop exploring contemporary knowledge, understanding and practice in the field of Autism Spectrum conditions and Neurodiversity. This course requires basic knowledge of autism and experience in working with people with autism.
This is a remotely delivered course and delegates should therefore ignore any map or venue information.

This course is open to any member of staff who has supervisory responsibility, or member of staff who is interested in developing their compassionate leadership skills.
Find out how you can adapt your leadership style to help those around you flourish during times of uncertainty. As some staff start to return to the office and others continue to work from home we are all going through another phase of adjustment. If you have supervisory responsibilities, or you work with staff across the organisation, you can support people’s wellbeing by developing your compassionate leadership skills.Essential Information
You will need to bring along your old certificates to this training.
If you are a lone worker you may find it useful to have this accreditation in order to deal with First Aid situations that may arise when you are in someone’s home or accompanying clients in public places.

LAS Search and View is a half day of training for East Sussex County Council users to familiarise themselves with the Adults Liquid Logic platform. This course is designed to show you how to navigate Liquid Logic, find clients and view case data and includes viewing scanned images held within ECaseFile
This course is for anyone joining an ESCC team that uses LAS whether to view client data or input data into the system
As a new staff member your manager must request that a Liquid Logic account is created for you before attending this course. When the account is created you will receive an e-mail invitation to book onto this course. Existing users are welcome to book if they wish to refresh their skills.
You must complete this training in order to be able to access the LIVE system. The trainer will activate your account on attendance.
This course is aimed at managers who would like to gain a better understanding of how to manage members of staff with different levels of neurodiversity.
What does the Neurodiversity Awareness Training cover?
SharePoint is a half day of training for East Sussex County Council users to familiarise themselves with the SharePoint platform.
This course is for anyone joining an ESCC team that uses Sharepoint libraries to store team information and who has not used Sharepoint before. The course will also cover managing your own Onedrive site used for storing personal documentation.
